Nyoman takes us on a ride to the east side of Bali and we spend the night in Candidasa at a wonderful little hotel by the sea. Candidasa became a popular tourist destination with its white sand beaches in the 1970's. The town begin building many hotels using the coral reef to make lime for cement. With the reef gone the beach eroded so that it is virtually nonexistant today. Another example of bad karma. Destroy your reef and loose your beach.
