Suitable housing was in short supply, but after a three week search I found a two bedroom apartment for $800 per month across from the beach in Asan. I lived here for my first eight months in Guam. Note the very sturdy concrete "typhoon-proof" power poles. Many did not withstand Typhoon Paka.
